For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Craftmind.

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to Craftmind, accessible from https://craftmind.in/

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

• You are entitled to cancel Your Order before before 12 hours of your order without giving any reason for doing so.
• We do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped. 
• For wrong address/out-stationed/non-acceptance/any other reason of buyers, the amount will be refunded in account after deduction of “To & Fro” transport charges(as actuals or 10%), packaging cost (5%) & processing cost (25% of order value) within 14 days of goods returned back to our warehouse. [ Note: % mentioned in this clause is w.r.t order value.]
• In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

• We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the date and time We receive the cancellation request for  the Goods Ordered. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
• Craftminds reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable 100% refund will be made in a 7 Working Days days.

 

Conditions for Returns and Exchange

Note: Before reading “Return & Exchange” policy, please understand that CRAFTMIND manufactures all products based on orders received. CRAFTMIND does not keep ready inventory for processing the orders.

• For any product that needs to be replaced ,returned or damaged in delivery. A replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 days. Upon successful verification of request by our team

It can only be exchanged under certain conditions

• Refund request should be made within 24 hours of the delivery.
• If the product you have ordered is defective 
• If the product you have ordered is damage
• Also you need to create a video while unboxing the product after delivery and 
• Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.

Please note the shipping charge where applicable will not be refunded

• In case of wrong entry of address
• Out-stationed at time of courier delivery
• Non-acceptance of order or any other reason
• Refund will be Credited back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 7-10 working days.
• Refund will be credited within 7-10 days

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Note: Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once the order is processed.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

• In case of change in size, Craftmind will deduct packaging cost (5% of order value), processing cost (25% of order value) and you will have to self-ship the products within 48 hours after the return request is raised and accepted by Craftmind. You have to packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. If items were broken during tranist, then item(s) cost will be deducted before release of final amount. Also, you have to pay the delivery charges for re-despatch the order from Craftmind warehouse to your address for your required size. [ Note: % mentioned in this clause is w.r.t order value.]
